We are your coffee guides, Tom & Holly Griffin and we are  coffee enthusiasts of the highest order. We are both  members of the Specialty Coffee Association and have traveled extensively in pursuit of finding that perfect cup.  We are always excited to bring back some of the great coffee we have discovered on our travels and to share new and interesting developments from the world of coffee. We bring the world of coffee to life through our coffee workshops as well as pop up coffee events. In our new pop-up café we take the opportunity to serve some of the most exceptional coffees from around the world. For the past three years we have been serving coffee at The Whistling Whale Coffee Bar in Camden. We built this location from the ground up beginning the process in the fall of 2022. The Whistling Whale Coffee Bar was acquired by Lyman-Morse Boatbuilding  in late August of 2025. We anticipate they will continue the tradition of excellence that has been the hallmark of the Whistling Whale Coffee Bar since opening in early spring of 2023. We are very proud of the exceptional specialty coffee business we have established on the wharf.
