The May Pick
ULYA WAHGI VALLEY
Papau New Guinea
Ulya is a renowned coffee plantation and processing mill situated in the fertile Wahgi Valley of Papua New Guinea's Jiwaka Province. Known for producing high-quality Arabica coffee, the area's high altitude, cool climate, and volcanic soil provide ideal growing conditions. Wayfarer roasters have really done a great job with this coffee. Both Holly and I have enjoyed this coffee as a recent favorite and find it to be a really clean cup, med body with some great aromatics.. We have brewed it pour over style and so far it seems to be returning a really good cup. We urge to to order a bag and make it a part of your coffee journey.
Wayfarer offers the coffee as follows:
Origin: Ulya Wahgi Valley, Papua New Guinea
Tasting Notes: Roasted Nuts, Dried Fruit, Balanced
Great for Cold Brew or Espresso!!
